Favorite plot holes?

Out of curiosity, what are your "favorite" plot holes?

Uh. I think the ones about where the bird kids came from. First it was all 'amniocentesis' and then it was all 'noooo, we took the kids after they were born and then changed them.'

It makes me lol.

I vaguely remember that. ~~Hasn't read the books in ages~~
I remember from TAE, how the Erasers never followed the Flock underground or something?
