Welcome to the Secret Confessions thread. Beyond the pure anonymity of the internet, there lies a certain level of understanding behind all the accounts here on FF. The SC account carries burden of allowing the user to give a candid, private confession with (hopefully) understanding feedback. The SC thread is for other posters to give kind and/or helpful advice, words of empathy, or a secret of their own (under the SC name or not).

This account is a group account, and EVERYONE needs to treat it respectfully. By posting under the Secret Confessor, you are pledging to refrain from hate mail, "finger-pointing", insulting and being a jerkface. By posting in the SC thread, you are pledging to keep the comments respectful. This has not yet been a problem, but it's nice to have written down "just in case".

If you would like to use the SC account for ANY reason beside posting in this thread, please PM me- even if it's under the SC name (this is not to exert authority, but to maintain order over a very accessible account).

I... This isn't right. People don't deserve this, but I've agreed to help it happen. I feel like I don't even know her anymore. She used to be one of my closest friends, but I feel like I've lost her to... what? The temptation of power, I suppose. And I've agreed to help her.

I want to say no, but I'm scared. I've already started this, and I don't know how to end it without creating an even bigger mess.

If she's one of your better friends, I'd suggest just. . . telling her you think this. That she may be going a bit mad with power and she needs to calm down. If she doesn't listen, just. . . tell her off. Once. If still not, try to remain her friend.

Just don't be scared of her. Or to voice your opinion.

Alright ladies and gents- I have a proposition for all of you:

How about we change the SC accounts avatar? I chose it out of my ipod backgrounds (the itouch app...) but I'm thinking that a more personal avatar would be more respectful, after all these heartfelt posts. I don't believe that the happy little mass-avatar does this account justice. This thread/SC account has, (if I do say so myself) been rather a hit, and I think that the avatar in place doesn't quite fit. I'm open to suggestions, I don't have anything particular in mind. Please, please, PLEASE do not change it without my permission- any an all changes to the SC account needs to be run by me and/or I'll do it myself (I don't say this in a "my idea! Mine mine mine!" kind of way, but I feel that for the sake of organization, it's generally safer if one person handles all of the SC stuff). Please tell me what you think of the idea, and I'd like to hear feedback on the suggestions (if there are any...) if you have something, post it here or preferably send it to me. I'll post a separate thread in the "Suggestions" section with what people have posted. Thank you!

Finally let myself out of my head for once in real life, so I'm now a juvenile delinquent. I either can't wait for or am dreading the Vice Principal getting a load of me. Only three years left in this school, they're gonna realize how much they're in for it.

Good: I realized yesterday morning that, though chubby, I might not be as grotesquely huge as I previously thought.

Neutral: I went dress shopping after realizing that, and my mom splurged for a dress.

Bad: I tried it on this morning, and I look like a skank. :C

Dude, the youngest girl to ask me out was never. They always have to be all sneaky and wait for me to do it first. But I'm not not popular with chicks, I've been married twice that I know of and gone out with 1.00001 girls, respectively.
