My Nightmare.

I have gotten myself into something of a sixty-foot-deep hole. With no ladder. Or rope. Just a flashlight and a water gun.

Behold, I have created a noob colony. Observe the recent bout of insanity here. (I just got off of writing the third comment...that's why I'm ranting ATM).

It's hard to explain exactly why I'm so doomed, but I'll do my best.

First of all, I have a FAQ and pages explaining everything about the site.

Do they look? No.

Do I try putting the links right on the main page where everyone can see them? Yes.

Do they see them? No.

Do I Write "If you need help or have questions, look at the stuff under the "Just Joined/Need Help?" section. You will learn how and when to vote, as well as what the requirements are to be added to the New Members list. There is also a FAQ for any general questions you may have." in huge letters on the main page? Yes.

Does it work? No.

Also, people like to make it sound like they somehow contributed loads to the site, when in reality I'm busting my ass just trying to keep up with it.

And now one of them wants to put a mini documentary about it on TV.

Yes. The people who can't even figure out how to read want to represent me and plaster my site on what I'm assuming is national television.

Do you see why I'm pissed about that? Please tell me that it's not insane to want to be recognized for something that you've spent a lot of time and energy on. I mean, this girl has tried to copy my sites, so I know that she'll make it out to be like she does all the work and that she knows what's going on. I mean, what the hell will she be telling people? Knowing her, she'll say "OMGZ, if u join dis site, liek, u'll get in teh MOVIEZ! Fer suree! Yeh, join dis site, oh, adn vote fer mee!"


...I apologize for this. It was either this or bang my head into a wall, so I figured this would be better for my health in the long run. You guys probably still have no idea what I'm ranting about, but thanks for reading. I just needed to get it out.

Ostensibly the funniest thing about that site is watching the edit wars about it on Wiki. omg u gais does this belong in the article or not?

If it's bothering you so much Avenged then sit back, relax for a while and pace yourself; also i've found that some of the members only have half a brain cell so you have to take ideas like that with a pinch of salt.
