Now that this new translation's out you might be able to find one :O This summer when I bought my old copy, the dude at the bookstore (used books, in Boulder) said it was a nice find -- book's impossible to locate.

Obscure books tend to be even harder to find in Australia... smaller population, smaller demand sort of thing. But I might get lucky, and if not I might be able to find the new translation online at least.
