I already had 360 pages printed out. This was just bringing the hard copy up to date.

I wonder what's cheaper; printing it out using our printers or hiring a book binder?

Depends. If you print double-sided on the lowest readable ink setting, it'll take 205 sheets of paper. But if you print one-sided it'll take almost a full ream of paper.
Right now I'd recommend waiting until it's done or doing the printing yourself -- keep in mind, it's 410 pages long right now, unfinished, and will probably see 500 pages before it's done.
