After organizing all my writing, I went and organized all my music before organizing all my videos. Then I went and organized my pictures and I just finished labeling and organizing my bookmarks.

Because you did all that on your computer, which is identical procedures within an abstract space. You don't need to worry about how things fit, or how to store any of it.
