You're going to need to look at the clock from when she first responds to you and make sure you guys only talk for 15 minutes. After the end, just say "bye" and I'll jump in, okay?

(Yeah, my project's on mind control, but I worked this in because people under mind control might behave like robots. It helped my friend, too, because her project for the same assignment was on robots)
