Alberta beats you.

Learner's when you're fourteen, driving school not required, sixteen you can get your drivers. You have to be a legal resident of Alberta and uh... you have to be able to see with glasses and you must provide some sort of consort from your parents.

Yeah... That's the place with icy as hell roads and snow that goes up to your waist.

Last time I checked anyways.
