OH HELL NO.

I fucking hate South Carolina.

Our new governor and superintendent of education are fucking assholes.

They're going to cut teacher education and teacher evaluation programs (which hardly even cost anything), they're going to cut all of our arts programs, school bands, the ACTS (Arts, communication, and theatre school) program that my brother and sister are in, and they're putting more into internet teaching or whatever it is they said.
Mom's new quote of the day: "I'll GO Pee in their fucking tea." She's a teacher with two kids in the ACTS program, and I'm kind of an artist, so yeah, she's even more upset about this than I am.
Like I need more cuts in the arts areas. My favorite teacher for Drawing and Painting, who I'm supposed to have a class with starting Friday for Advanced, is already gone for other reasons. I don't even know who my teacher's going to be for that class.
I'm a little pissed at our government at the moment.

Education spending is so fucked up. They cut a bunch of drama funding and have begun phasing out French here. But the entire arts program? o.e Holy hell that sucks.

Half of our teachers get cut, and then we have a brand new building. More teachers get cut, and we have two huge new flatscreen TV's in the cafeteria that will never be used. It's all fucked up.

I've got to go... Tomorrow's the last day of the semester, and I've got one stupid Gov't exam that I really shouldn't have to take. >.<' Then rehearsal, which might be actually be fun, if I'm lucky.
