Internet Friend Secrets

Most of us here have strong friendships with internet people. But I have a few questions:

1. Do your parents know about your internet friends?

2. Have you ever shared any personal information that you probably shouldn't have?

3. Do you ever wonder if they're actually 50 year old pedophiles?

4. Is there anything about them that bothers you?

My answers:

1. Yes.

2. Yes.

3. Yes.

4. They make me jealous a lot.

Chyeah.

Yeah, but considering that it's almost been two years and no one's made a move (and that I've seen most of their faces in videos), I think it's all good. But I have Chris Hansen on speed dial just in case. *snicker*

4. Is there anything about them that bothers you?
There's almost always something, big or small, about everybody that bothers me. >.>

1) XD Actually, yes. My mom was really excited for me when I was visiting her for Thanksgiving last year, and went to meet up with one of my TTS friends for coffee ^-^

2) Yes. Definitely yes.

3) No. Jokingly, sure, but never seriously. Although, recent events have made me wonder who I really know online at all, except for the people I've met in person, or been on webcam with. I HATE that such events occurred, opening up a whole chasm of doubt, where before there was certainty =/

4) My online relationships make my RL relationships seem pathetic.
It bothers me that they're so far away.
I get all antsy and mopey when certain people can't be online at the "right" times.
Some of them understand me in a way no one else has ever bothered to.

None of which are truly bothersome things about /them/, moreso bothersome about me and my perceptions of our relationships.
