At a writing camp we had to write a short story somehow fitting in the words pirate, treadmill, sidewalk, grocery store, scissors, shopping cart, slick, and librarian. The finished stories were pretty hilarious.
XD I do love you Fate. You know that. *loved this chapter for some reason* Nathan just seems so... Nathan. And Lamp seems so Lamp. And Kayte seems so Kayte. And.... should I stop now?
Yeah. I know. You Arizonians are weird. I was in Arizona when it should've been Daylight Savings once, and Daylight Savings already confuses the fuck out of me - I'm serious, I know it's "spring forward, fall back" but I can never remember which way is back and which is forward, and then I spend the next week paranoid that I'm an hour off.
Yes. Arizonians. I figured, since we're Californians, that'd be the proper word.... or maybe I just made it up. Californians do have other words for them, but they're not particularly polite usually...
XD I love/hate it. I prefer the one where the day gets longer, actually.... everyone else hates it because they miss out on an hour of sleep.
Nah, the extra hour really sucks unless you actually spend it sleeping. Because then you get like this, and it's only 2am, but it feels like 3am. Come what is technically 4am, and I'll be tired.
Like, if you're staying up all night. My clock now says 2am. But as I've been up all day, an hour ahead of this, it feels like it should be 3am. Once the clock says "4:00am," I'll be tired, because I ironically get tired around 5, which is when I usually get up in the mornings.
In other news, I have a headache that is going to make my head explode, and like 679 words written. Shit.
