(This was originally a plan designed for use on the SacCounty Jail, when myself, my dad, my brother, and a couple of guys working there were stuck hanging out, we derived a way to kill somebody. The water balloons were my idea, they supplied the number of stories, when people come in and out, and what time the sprinklers come on in the morning. :D)
