I swear more online than I do irl... I don't think my swearing habits have been overly influenced by fandom, although my swearing did pick up during the last year, but not for quite a while after the mods arrived and there wasn't all that much swearing on MX, so...
I think it was more my corrupting friends finally winning over my speaking patterns. -
