Ehhhh.... legally, yes, but it depends. I have loads of bruises from my brother, it's just in fun though. You have to prove that it's actually abusive, not just "oh we were playing football and he tackled me."

He spazzed over the fact that I used his bathroom, pushed me and then I pushed him back before he hit me. It's not the first time either, he's beaten up my older sister too, she had a black eye for a while and then before that he's also hit me before.
As for witnesses my younger sister and my younger cousin saw.
He's a fucking psychopath.
