No, our course sequence goes like this:
6th grade-6th grade math, 7th grade math, or pre-al
7th grade-7th grade math, pre-al, Algebra 1
8th grade-pre-al, Algebra 1, Geometry
9th grade-Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra II
Which math you get in depends on your scores on the state tests.

And yes, this is the most open view of the sky I have from my house.It's the City of Trees. No, for real. That's actually the slogan, because downtown has like a zillion of those stupid mini birch trees. But you wouldn't know that unless you took Biz 80 into The City and saw the sign. XD
