Well. . . . . pretty bad. Especially, as with research, we found that I could be tried, and if found guilty, tried for an 'adult crime', doing 10+yrs. Goodbye cruel world. . ..
It's. . . . well, it has the potential to be pretty bad.
There's no question as to whether it'd be tried as adult or minor. Definitely adult. There was "intent" and no... er, I forget the legal way of saying "stupid and innocent, just oblivious to laws."
But it won't get that bad. It just... won't. (But all my Google research came up backwards. I don't care what happens to the adults who creep on minors, really...)
There is this guy, I know IRL, and he keeps trying to get me to argue religion -- or rather, blindly agree with him. We share exactly the same views and beliefs. What the hell.
I'm atheist, I think you know that though.... anyways, he is too. And he's... still trying to argue random stuff with me. It started, he saw my "religious views" on my profile and used that as a jumping off point for a conversation, and tried to argue small points with me, religious/political opinions and such. And then he started bashing religion/religious people, which... really, you'd think I wouldn't care, because I'm not at all religious, but it irritated me, it got to the point where I'm arguing completely against my own beliefs, just because he's being such a bigoted idiot about it.
He's not that bright. Trust me. And his blatant bashing of every religion under the sun and all followers of them pissed me off. His best arguments are things like "well they're stupid if they actually believe that stuff" and he keeps saying that everyone belonging to any religion is stupid. Really now. I personally am not religious, but the most intelligent people I know consist of a couple atheists, an agnostic, a Hindu, and several Christians. That has nothing to do with it.
So, I somehow ended up arguing against my own beliefs, just to find the holes in his arguments, consequently finding holes in my own arguments, and confusing myself while mentally debating this with myself. Yeah.
