I did some research on genetically modified foods and it made me realize that, like it or not, I'm heavily, heavily biased for.
To the point that I almost winged the "omigod dem frankenfoodz r the debbil" book across the library.

I'm a veg.
Mostly because I know what they put in most meat products.
And I'm not talking about chemicals, or eyeballs, or even insects.
Let's just say that it's a, ah, "Self sustaining," business.

I just prefer to hurt humans more than I do animals. It's funner.

It's easier to ignore that part. You can't tell it's there. Which is sort of all the worse, but still... when you look at something and see it as animal flesh, though, things change a bit...
And the blatant disregard to animal morality is horrible. The things they do to veal calves...

Speaking just of thinking of things as flesh... I think various anatomy classes have thoroughly desensitized me.
Yeah, sure, I can tell you every frickin' bone in the chicken... sure, pork and bacon still remind me of fetal pig dissection... but meh, I'm hungry.

*nods* I'm not all that concerned about corpses-I mean, they're lumps of carbon and hydrogen atoms, it's not that big a deal-but I hate what they do to live animals.
Why can't they do that to humans?
And yeah. See, humans normally deserve it. It's funny to hear them scream things like, "ALLRIGHT, I'M SORRY I CHEATED ON HER!" and the like.
Besides, I don't know how to keep animals alive for that long. Humans I can keep alive for, oh, months, but animals...
