So as long as your congestion's down, you should be able to survive the action of flight pressurization. The aircraft air will play heck with your throat though, so stay hydrated.

I'd recommend lots of water, lots of sleep, and you may wish to intermittently stop and stare at an unmoving object for a while.

Funny about the audio review. Nice to hear that you find it worth listening to.
