Yeah, HRM is much too warm for my tastes. I liked Saskatchewan much better. Until I moved I didn't know snow days existed...
Are you in southern Quebec? Because I thought up north was much colder...

It's not bad so long as it isn't four feet deep.
Yeah, right by the Vermont border, I guess the North is a lot colder since most of it is unpopulated or loosely and isolated. Never been further than Quebec City.

Four feet is fun to play in. To shovel, not so great and to walk in... it's fun with snow shoes.

Aren't snow shoes kind of expensive?
We're on the coast which makes us warmer than most places souther than us. And we're on one of those coasts that are actually affected by global warming. -
