Halifax.
Crummy little one horse town. Well actually it has a lot of horses but it's metaphor.
I used to live in super awesome Regina. Which incidentally, is actually smaller and less important than Halifax, but it has awesome weather. And by awesome I mean it snows in October and stays that way all the way till April.
And if you get /really/ lucky it snows in June! :D
