But, yeah, the legal action is nothing you have to worry about, and nothing to do with the 'disruption.' To my knowledge. But then again, they never tell me anything so I wouldn't know.
To be honest, I highly doubt legal action is something you have to worry about either, Fishy. I think it's an empty threat to help make sure you stay away after they decided you could possibly be a threat and avoid the alter hunt they had with Nathan when it came to you and Lamp.
Actually, to paraphrase what Katy said in a PM to an unknown source that was then sent to Kayte (I know, too many sources), she said something like "some of you think we're just full of empty threats now, but this is to be taken seriously and we are discussing this with many higher ups. It's a serious matter so it will take time."
Paraphrased, of course, I can dig up the direct quote if it's necessary.
Or maybe I'm wrong and you're right to worry. But surely if they were actually intending on taking you to court they'd at least bother telling you, and explaining what for.
And you have to think like a condescending bitch who's high off her power trip. Would you lower yourself to the standards of these inferior children and explain why you're traumatizing them so?
Nope. But I would take delight in informing the child that I would be seeing them in court and that I would make them pay for everything they did to me.
They can get our IPs through our email addresses, or they can send a request to our ISP if they have a good reason. And if any non-Hachette (i.e. law enforcement types) get involved, they can get our IPs instantly and run them to pull up every scrap of personal info you ever knew you had.
And our ISPs are going to believe them? The FBI is going to take their bullshit?
Sure. Yeah.
I'll believe it when you show me accounts of, say, Anonymi being arrested for trolling people IRL for lulz.
Not, I hasten to say, to take this lightly, but... I really doubt the FBI is going to take action over some butthurt women in their thirties complaining about teenagers being mean to them.
Sorry, I'm being negative. Paranoia makes you think worst-case scenario. But, yeah, you're probably right. If they can pull a makeshift case together, they might have us, but getting the evidence/reason is their downfall.
I'm not the most reasonable person in the world right now, either, though I think I'm leaning more towards the realistic side vs. Everyone And Everything Is Out To Get Me.
