Excedrin specifically is awesome shit >.> It's painkiller + caffeine.
As is, like, Tylenol Migraine or something. Caffeine makes the blood vessels shrink a little, which reduces a headache. -

I drink coffee however I can get it, really. Black coffee is all right. Usually in the mornings I spike it with cream and lots of sugar, though, so... yeah.
I should, but I'm getting ready to go to bed... and I can't bring it up to the computer, anyway :\
