It was a really old old old Batman and Robin episode/movie thing. They looked soooo stupid... the acting was absolutely horrid and everything looked totally fake. When they hit things or fell into the water or something, sound affects would pop onto the screen in really big letters, like in a comic book. It was one of the funniest things I've ever seen on TV. XD
