Don't make a habit of it. Professors grade based off of your class inclinations, as in if they see you missing assignments regularly, they'll actually start giving you lower scores on things you do well at. The one exception is if you've done everything else perfectly.

The only thing I outright missed was the first discussion. Everything else I can make up... except possibly the voice assignments, since the information pages on how to turn those in won't load at all.
