It kinda kills that thread where you translate stuff into other languages for lulz.
Not really, if you don't post the inbetween stages it doesn't really count... it's still 'English'.

Or at least it's closer to English than what the squees speak. Zing!
*puke*
They're exactly the same as the ones on TTS, which have been featured forever. Hell, TTS doesn't have members' discussions featured ever.
This is the "here ye" version, with my impressions in strikethroughs.:

Vulgarity and Masked Vulgarity: No vulgar or abusive terms are allowed.
No profanity or swearing. This also applies to user names.
So much for cuc**bers.

Sexually Explicit Content: Mild flirting is ok but discussions that are
sexual in nature are not allowed. This applies to all content, written,
photos, avatars and videos.
I think this has been an issue with the RPs...though I wonder if it also applies to discussions on Max's reproductive system.

Nudity: Fully clothed but more revealing, low cut dresses, etc are
acceptable. Neither nudity nor underwear, such as bras, panties, boxers
showing are allowed. One piece swimsuits in photos, videos or avatars
are fine.
O.O I wasn't even aware that this was an issue. Must have been all that anime.

Personal Information: You may give your first name and location, but
nothing specific. You may give what country you live in or even an area,
but never an address. No email addresses are allowed to be posted or
solicited. You may not post someone else’s personal information.
Duh?

Third Party Material: This is something that someone else owns the
rights to. It could be a newspaper article, a song, a video or even a
company logo. You may post videos from sources such as YouTube, and will
not be reviewed by moderators for copyright infringement; unless we are
notified by a third party that they own the material, however the
content must not violate any other client guideline. No action will be
taken if a Member is using logos and trademarks for avatars such as
Coca-Cola, provided the user does not claim ownership and provided no
claim of infringement from third parties. Links to these things are also
usually fine and can be posted as long as the content complies with the
TOS.
That's still a bit vague...

Harassment: No harassment is allowed. When we respect others, we get
respect back! Debating an issue is fine, but if we find it turns too
personal it will be deleted.
I'm not sure if it's possible to get more subjective than that.

Illegal Content: No illegal content is allowed. This includes things
related to credit card fraud, sending viruses, bomb threats, death
threats and pornography. If it’s against the law, it’s not allowed here.
I wasn't aware that squees were that smart.

Spam or Flooding: Nonsensical material, the appearance of posting just
to get post numbers up, chain letters or pyramid schemes are not
allowed.
I'm curious to see if they follow up on this, and how they follow up on this.

Solicitation or Advertising: Advertising items you have for sale is not
allowed. You may include a link to your personal site on your My Page,
but asking people to visit your site on the forums is not allowed.
IF WE WANT THE ARG TO WORK, WE NEED A WORKAROUND

Disruption: Repeating a behavior that is clearly interfering with other members’ use of the forums is not allowed.
Isn't this the same as harassment?

Language: English only please! We all want to see and understand what
you have to say! Posts in foreign languages will be deleted.
If only they'd declare texting and fake 1337 a foreign language.

We reserve the right to ban members immediately when we feel it’s
appropriate. Please be aware that members who deliberately break the
rules by not complying with the Guidelines or TOS may be permanently
banned with no warning.
Ouch, that's one heck of a blanket statement. "When we feel it's apropriate" could be "because someone ran over my cat today and therefore I'm in a pissy mood."

And, to make a point, they locked the thread. No replies.
Re. ARG: we post the documents, etc. in a big thread, but also mention that we're archiving them on our blog / higher-res scans are available at the blog, etc. Not straightup saying 'visit visit visit' because we could be implying the blog hosted on the site, but it does sell the blog as our preferred place of, uh. Business.
Yeah, I pretty much hit two similar conclusions:
1) We post it on there, under a safe alter.

2) We direct people to the site, but deny connection with it.

Option 1 sounds better in this case.
MDW has seriously not had these guidelines before?
They only tightened it up slightly here, honestly.

Now, waaaay back when... they were about the same. But completely unenforced. Albeit I was one of the few who did manage to get banned before Tha Mods showed up. I wear this as a badge of pride.
Regards to nudity: Ni. Just... Ni. XDDDDD

Regards to the last bit: Fuck you mods. Just... FUCK YOU.

@Personal Info: DILDO, CANADA. YEAH.
What happened over there that they posted this/who's it aimed at?
Katy has a stick up her ass. Water is wet. Film at ten. :\
