My area expected to get a foot or so.

Different things apply to different areas.

Up north it takes a yard or more to cancel things.

My area they cancel if there's a foot of snow or more.

Israel they cancel if they get an inch of rain.

Why is it snowing there and not here? We usually have snow on Halloween. It was in the upper fifties yesterday.

Short sweet, and it will help bring down the number of empty slots. Any format is awesome.
