How?
Authors release proof coppies of their books a month early to critics and survey groups. He knew someone who was part of such a group.

Technically, it was there father. But still.

For the record, his dad is pretty important in the literary critic world. Like, Congressman important. I'm not going to say anything else, on account of not wanting to reveal where I live, but...knowing him is pretty awesome.

Grrr.

*their

Where would you rank it in relation to the other books?

Not as good as FANG, but better than the other later books.

If it weren't for the second flock, it'd probably be better than FANG.

Yeah, they felt kinda corny to me in the excerpt...then again, they were all developed by fans.

Did they go any further into Maya's psychology (yes/no)?

Are there any other returning characters (yes/no)?

Was Total swallowed by a plot hole (yes/no)?

Did everything get nuked/EMPed/broken/killed (yes/no)?

Did anyone die or become permanently incapacitated (yes/no)?

What I'm hoping for: All yes.

What I'm expecting: All no.

'Kay so the point of working on negative briefs as a team is that the whole team gets credit. If I don't get anything from these guys by Thursday, fuck yes I'm throwing them under the bus. This is a good brief and I worked hard on it.

That's not wrong, is it? Eh. Whether they hate me or not, it's the most truthful option.

don't worry...teachers generally know how much effort you put in and will adjust your grade accordingly...unless you've got a really bad teacher.

in that case, sucks that you had a really bad group, too.

Headache. Stomachache. Homework. >.<'

Tsk, tsk.

Unforgivable.
