Meh. Tuesday. Wrote some fic, it was pretty rad/fluffy/kinda stupid.
I'm gonna ask you 'cause I don't remember: did Jeb ever narrate a dream sequence in RC? *feels incompetent*

Yeah... Reilly already has third-person present tense, Roland has second-person present tense, and... uh, now Jeb has first-person present tense hell YEAH it's fun to write :D :D -

I haven't written first-person in a forever zomg. Mainly because RC has constituted a solid chunk of my writing for months. -

I've been sleeping quite a lot lately x.x There was a time when I'd say pssht and stay up 'till one or two writing this chapter, but not anymore.
The first novel I finished took eleven months to finish the first draft.
I still don't have the balls to go back for a second draft, even though I immensely want to publish it someday. -

ffffffffff with RC it's like being married in a twisted way. I will probably spend at least a year on this fic. And then after that? On to sequel-land! (Although I will get to take a small break -- I'm thinking a month, ahahaha -- from writing while I post the bits of sequel I get written during NaNo this year.)
I have had that said a lot XD It needs replotting, but the groundwork is pretty solid... it was a fun little steampunky thing, and it's actually online as Echo Flux on my ff.net... and LJ, but I recommend ff.net.

I considered reworking RC, but oh jesus god so much work *death* I would be immensely honored, actually, if JP ripped me off :| Sure, it's my hard work, but... publicity... and I'd get to rub it in the modmods' faces *cough* *not bitter*
Yep. Currently I have... RC itself, running from two years prior to TAE up until Max meets Jeb for the first time in that book; a sequel picking up at that point and running until the end of SOF; another sequel covering STW and going into a heavily revised/entirely replotted version of TFW; another sequel covering MAX and FANG, replotted to my liking. And then another story about Elsa as a teenager.
It is entirely possible that, as the MR series keeps going, so will the RC stories. But unless something over-the-top epic happens in the books... FANG's the last one I do RC-style.
Echo Flux is hella long though x.x Well, okay, it's 20 000 words or so shorter than RC.

Yep. Considering that RC will probably run 150 000 - 200 000 words before it's finished, that's... maybe a million words, all told? I'll still be working on it by the time I graduate from college, if I keep working at the rate I have been -- if not, it'll take longer.
RC itself... well, you read TAE. You can probably figure out the very last line ;) The fic series I don't know.
Some of it kinda drags XD And the last "act" sucks horribly.
...I never thought of that. -

It wouldn't be terribly difficult, but... just you guys being around to encourage me would mean a lot.
I didn't know I had the patience for a fic this long x.x I guess I've kind of gotten addicted to the characters. They're lovely fun to write.
