*accepts tea* I just finished cofffee.... from Starbucks. She was like "Oh, we should stop at Starbucks on the way there!" and I'm all "We're, uh, heading to a coffee shop...." but that didn't compute apparently.
o.o You're actually a good writer though, so I guess I shouldn't feel too bad. Between all the distractions and procrastination, I hit 800 and something at around 3am. *should start writing again now*
I need to finagle my way into going to Starbucks this week and picking up fuckloads of Via. That shit is good.
Last year during NaNo I could hit 2k words -- yes, 2000 words -- in an hour. And it was all fairly good, too -- I posted that one as I was working on it, and it's over on fanfiction.net as "After Dark".
Mm, but it's peppermint mocha season! As long as they offer it, that's all I ever order. Which is why February sucks. >.>
Holy shit Nathan. *couldn't do that if I tried, even without distractions*
I really want somebody to come in now and be like "we're starting early, all you NaNo people over here!" And then have the news crew get here so I can just write and smile at the camera. I'm all paranoid that I'm at the wrong Temple coffee or something.... even though there's only one Temple, and the address matches.... And I don't want to talk to people. *anti-social bitch*
Oh god. The pumpkin spice latte is so fucking good v.v
I felt really awesome >:E Unfortunately I can't really do that anymore, but I'm gonna try to work back up to that speed this month. Would come in handy.
Pumpkin spice is good, but I adore peppermint mochas. That's all I live for during the Christmas season.
*nods* Yeah. I'd love to be able to do that, but....
Yeah.... I think I'll wait until I can actually sit without shaking again. *has had an obscene amount of coffee, and an hour of sleep* It's making my handwriting all messy. >./body>
I can still physically type that fast, the ideas just don't flow that quickly. Last year I actually pulled off one of those 10k in 5 hours word wars. It was magnificent.
Yeah, I can type rather fast, I just can't think fast enough. That, and I'm writing by hand...
@Nighthawk - One? Ouch. We have..... um, a lot. And two of them, the people know me by name, and what I'll order on any given day, taking into account the season, time of day, and how cold/warm it is. XD
