Suspended is basically being banned with privledges.
However, if you were banned before the change, well. . . you're screwed.

You can still keep your page, there's the option to keep all of your posts/blogs, you still have access to your posts and can delete them, and you'll still be able to contact the mods (Because some people, with their bannings, no longer have the option of that little message box). It's not like you never existed, anyway.
