Drink something with a fuckload of cloves / clove oil in it (but be sure to have some sugar in it). Cloves are naturally good at decreasing mouth pain. I'd also say yeah, take painkillers, any that work. A cool cloth to the side of your face might help the pain a little as well.
As it is... uh, definitely go to the dentist and get it checked out. You'll probably get it pulled, yes. Absolute worst case, you'll get a root canal and crown.
I've had really awful jaw/tooth pain before, and yep -- always ends in intervention :C
Sorry, man. Ask for the good drugs when you get it out?In my case, winding up with a root canal, I was prescribed Vicodin.

Bahahahahahahahaha...... So when I was at her house she made me sing/record Between the Lines over and over again, with the promise that she would post it on here. When she tried to send it to her email it didn't work, so she sent it to me. When I got home, I sent it back, but she didn't post it. So now she has to post THE ORIGINAL version by 9 tonight or else I will. Hahaha.
EDIT- I sing first, btw, and I'm singing the "harmony" line.
