I think my leg is infected.... The dermatologist cut a very dark mole off, and there is a huge red spot all the way around, about an inch radius... And it itches, is swollen, and the actual spot she cut off is blood red and oozing....

How recent was this? It could be a blood blister. Is it oozing blood or another fluid?

2 or 3 weeks ago. I don't think it is, it's too red and hot.... Some sort of pus... it looks like someone whipped an egg, and poured it into it.

That's infected. See a doctor and get an antibiotic ASAP. You may want to see the dermatologist again too.
