I could do it, a couple years ago. And I can still do one foot at a time now. Just not both.... And this totally doesn't hurt my knees one bit. I haven't the slightest clue why the PT told me not to do this.

I can't go to school tomorrow , which I think sucks. Dx Its so upstting.
