We get a separate Study Score which is somehow worked out and scaled, depending on how you do on SACs, the final exam, how other people from your school went and this whole bunch of other stuff.
And then they use all of those to get an ENTER which is basically how you're ranked in relation to everyone else in the state, which is what the universities look at when you apply.
The study score bit is wonderfully complicated/ I really have no idea how it's worked out but they just give me a number which apparently means something.
I don't know if there's system in existence which is simply straightforward.

Crying.
Why?
Because people are horrible. And I hate them. Bear is a good dog. He likes me and Shania. He likes Drew and Mason. He likes the old lady who lives in the house behind the house next door. He likes my grandma. He does not like asshole teenage boys who shine laser pointers in his eyes. Which is exactly what our new neighbor’s oldest son did. The stupid girl who happens to be his younger sister then thought it would be a good idea to try and pet the pissed off dog, so of course he tried to bite her. Why are people so stupid? Why does the universe hate me? I’ve already had one neighbor be an asshole to my dog. We fixed that. Why the hell should I get another? Why? Dammit. I hate this. My grandma is afraid he’ll bite them and they’ll sue us. And he will bite them if they piss him off. And they do and oh gawd, why is the world so unfair? Why?

I'm not too good with the law, but I don't think it'll be a very good case. Seeing as Bear was harassed and he clearly looked angry, it was the parent's fault for not looking after their kids. (Depending on the girl's age) Plus if they were on your property it wouldn't be very valid reason for them either since well.. it was your property. And from what I can tell, Bear has a good record if they were to ask for people to talk about him, he sounds like he's a nice dog.
You might want to point these things out to your grandmother and hope she might let you keep Bear. Then remind her that he also keeps robbers and rapists and stuff out.
