Obviously not. And the excuse is that Hachette isn't allowed to make a detailed forgery of a TIME magazine. Neither are we.

But then, no one could know for sure. TIME has changed its fonts multiple times over its history, and as the issue was never released, the little details would have been omitted until last minute. And no one would know because the FBI wouldn't allow them to talk about it.

 

Or, that's the excuse that I'm going to make.
