Maybe not quite. Actually He's super smart at scientific stuff, he just has no idea how to spell/use proper grammar, etc.
He still has my mother type up his essays (that he dictates to her) Because he's so bad at spelling that he can't use spell check. He doesn't recognize the right spelling...
>.> I was half-tempted to give her wrong answers, but then I decided that she'd use that for fuel in her quest to make everyone think I'm stupid, as soon as she figures out that the answers were wrong.
Ooooh, good luck. None of my teachers give extra time, 'cept my English and geometry teachers. Ironically, those are the classes I have the worst grades in, but what the hell, nothing ever makes sense. >./body>
Our school's policy is that You have the number of days you were absent to make up the work, form the first day you're back in that class. I went out of my way to get the work, so technically I haven't actually been back to that class yet. I think I'm just gonna ask for and extension till Wednesday. Which is still less than I should get.
My school's policy is like that too. But my teachers hardly follow policy unless it suits them. My French teacher actually wrote on her personal syllabus "If you're absent all work must be turned in the day you return to class, no excuses. This is the 21st century. You can text or email your classmates, or email me."
