Oh aye. As a matter of fact... you could say that absolutely no knowledge of MR is necessary to understand the damn thing. Using the characters just provided familiar faces for the narrative.

Ahh, I've seen you around. Not sure if we've met, but hey.... I got banned awhile back.
Nice. I have just less than you, 11k and change, my first year as well. I know I won't get to 50k, but.... wishful thinking? I have Thanksgiving break, and this Sunday I'll be in the car for almost 6 hours, so I can hope.
I'm writing.... well, I do a really bad job of explaining, so I really shouldn't. It's a cliched, poorly written piece of crap, but I swear it's not as bad as I make it sound when I try to explain it.

6 hours? Ouch. Writing might be the only thing to preserve your sanity.
I'm in the UK. We don't have Thanksgiving break... *sighs*

Uh.... Well, I can't really answer that. Technically I never got my ban email, and since I can't trust my friends.... I'm not at all bitter.... *cough* Don't tell people back on MX that you're here, or talking to me, Nathan, anyone. They don't like us.
Yeah, total of 6 hours, though, not each way. Going to this place called Moaning Caverns, ziplining and rappelling there.
