Meh, I rant online a lot more than IRL. IRL, I pretty much just sit silently when I'm upset, and be alone and away from people. Unless, on the rare occasion that I actually break, then I pace around, talk very loudly and incoherently, and wave my arms around.

@Lamp - Yeah, actually. I don't know. You seem way too nice, sometimes.
And I don't need to worry about suicide, just talking to people here keeps me sane enough.
