o.o More like -- I feel old that kids named after Shania Twain are that old... yeah...
My parents are boring. Apparently I was always going to be named Katherine... although they did jokingly refer to me as Hillary before I was, uh, actually born. Apparently.
And sometimes I wonder what it's like to not have been a very, very planned baby. -

Emily, for those who don't already know. I think most of you do...
There are a helluva a lot of those too. Even if you tracked me down to school, year level, age, you'd have several choices. Though I'm pretty sure some of you could find me, and if you'd bothered to come all the way out to Australia I'd probably just hug you anyway.

Thankfully they've been oblivious to that for the last. . . .8 years or so.

My parents are totally okay with the idea of forums. Just not so much the friendships that form from them. But they've actually requested that I tell them no more about my online life, because I slip into fandom lingo and they just get lost.
