That's kinda the same, except in Red Rover you send one person across and they run as hard as they can and try to get through the wall.

Yep, that's Red Rover.
We even got the teachers to play with us on a flat field. After a while the boys got too rough so we did just girls, no adults. It didn't work out too well. I think we grew out of it or the boys thought football was much better. -
