I always thought that when Jeb says he isn't supposed to be there, he means that he's not supposed be in the dungeon with the birdkids, not that he's not supposed to be in Germany.

Yeah... I also speak rather fast and rather soft in conversation. What you hear on the tape is me kind of doing my Sean Connery/Phone Voice.

I speak loudly during conversation, but quickly, and generally it's all over the place too. If I'm randomly asked a question, or haven't said anything for a while, then it's really soft. My phone voice is quick, too high and sounds overly cheerful.
