It was. I don't even know why they were talking about it, but now I'm curious. >.> Oh, there's a lot of badfic out there. A lot of it. But there's some good stuff, too, you of all people should know that.
XD Yeah. I've read fucktons of badfic, but... y'know... for teen girls, it's an awesome way to practice writing and get good at it. You improve your ability to characterize ('cause if you don't fangirls will eviscerate you), you improve your plotting ability, your technical skills improve with practice, and you learn what people like to read.
I'm gonna get off for awhile. Even over break teachers manage to force deadlines on us, damn the internet, and I have a few hundred pages of reading to do yet. Maybe I'll even write. Who knows.
My brother's friend was walking around the kitchen, groping everything in front of him, pretending to be "blind." For having his eyes closed, he has good aim. But he forgets that I've known him for six years, therefore I know that he isn't really blind. He tried to argue this anyway. >.>
*laughs* I used that word on purpose. Slightly. That was his intention, in the first place. Trying to convince everyone that he was blind and it was not his fault.
