Ning flipped a bitch, plz to excuse my 'tard getting all over :C
>.> My grandparents are pretty rad, I just don't do the dutiful-quiet-daughter role so well. So I sleep a lot and make pleasant conversation and we get on awwwwright.
We never see my whole family at once -- the most that's ever together is my dad's parents, their three sons, and all the grandkids. If we invited anyone from my mother's side... she has a metric fuckton of relatives, so... it'd go over like a lead balloon.
Quite a few Thanksgivings we just spend alone -- sometimes we have my dad's parents over, and once we had my adorable little cousin and her dad down from South Dakota.
Most of the cousins I see on any regular basis are older than me... except for the two youngest, who're actually pretty old by now. Adorable cousin is Kelly, my mom's niece, her younger brother's daughter, and we hardly ever see her.
Most of my cousins (on my dad's side, that is) are girls, and all but two are Southern. Or at least they've got the accent going. So... *awkward turtle*
It was pretty nice. Same as always really. We make pretty kickin' rolls and cranberry sauce, and the turkey was pretty good.
