Crab and fish maw = LIFE. It may not look appetizing but it is heaven in the form of soup. But you have to go to one of those Chinese run Chinese restaurants and not one of the American Chinese ones. Those usually don't have them.

Yeah, big cities probably have it. High Chinese populated ones usually have more authentic Chinese Restaurants, i.e: Vancouver, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton.
