Several different groups of my friends randomly decided to all get along and sit together at lunch today, so we had this one massive table. I was rather late to lunch and I heard my mate say 'I love Lamp'. Unthinking, I replied 'I love you too.' This confused many, while three of my closer friends who. . . . at least know I use the computer loads busted out laughing for a good 10 minutes. I had forgotten that was a line from Anchorman. Oops. XD
Anyway, I'm off for practice, I'll see you all in a few hours.
Flying is fairly common... but then half the time when someone calls out my actual name they're not talking to or about me, so I'm used having to double check that before responding.
@Xuut - Xuut..... Zut? People in my French class say that all the time, and we combine it with other swear words in different languages, so it's like zut-shit-fuck-l'enfer, etc.

Yep. XD
But people in my class are idiots, heck in French /I'm/ an idiot. Therefore the most common thing said in that class in French is, "oui" and, "non." I have a dictionary that has several cuss words. It's my favourite.
Getting them to actually say, zut, is like asking for a miracle. Our last assignment was a map of some place and we had to write a postcard the teacher expected something like this, "Je vais temps en temps la supermarche." I think I missed a word or two, but that was the standard.
My class.... Well, we're all there because either A) They want to be there, B) They want to get into a competitive college, or C) They're weird freshman like Kayla, Audrey and I that got ourselves shoved into that class with our precociousness. So we say 'zut,' like, even when we're not in French class.
Er, "je vais aller au supermarche de temps en temps?" *thinks that's more grammatical, at least*

Yeah... with the way our classes are we'd never be able to handle something like that. Swearing in French, talking in French. That's crazy. The only kids who can really do it well without a dictionary is the arrogant genius Angus, and the girl who used to be in French Immersion, Erica and Jillian, that I know of any ways.
XD Yeah, that! -Didn't have a dictionary- I'm hopeless without one...
