I thought your responses in that last chapter were pretty right on in general. Between the poking 'Thank you for making sure I wasn't dead', etc.
Too bad Miles couldn't come back, though.
Can he come back as a ghost or something, in the next book? Haunt Jess? Say 'Hello' in a ghostly way?
