I think he is, at least.

That's putting it lightly, mind you. If he wrote a f ew more books I'd probably consider him a deity.
I like some Shakespeare.

Romeo and Juliet was miserable, but Julius Caesar was alright...
I've only read Romeo and Juliet and Macbeth. Both for school. Macbeth was alright.
-Wants to read A Midsummer's Dream-

Isn't that one the one that isn't a tragedy?
No idea. :/
Yes, it is. It's also supposed to be really trippy.
Oooh.

Like Alice in Wonderland?

Due to like the fairies enchanting them or something like that...
Yes,
A Midsummer Night's Dream is amazing when performed. I didn't read it, but I saw San Fransisco Shakespeare Company's rendition of it.

And, yeah, it's a comedy.
Macbeth was eh. Except for Lady Macbeth. She was a fun character.

Let me see, I far I've read.
-Macbeth
-Romeo and Juliet
-Merchant of Venice
-Twelfth Night
-Julius Caesar
And now I'm reading Hamlet.
When Shakespeare starts killing these characters I'll be so happy.
Is Merchant of Venice good? I have to read that later in the semester.
Eh. It was OK. It was standard Shakespeare. Imagine chopping up R&J, throwing it into a blender with Twelfth Night, and make the result insult Jews every dozen pages or so, and you have MoV.
