:D
This geometry is really frustrating. Like really, really frustrating. Dx
D:

Geometry is math... right?
Geometry is hell. And not the good kind, either. D:

But, yeah, it's math...

The only good part is that I can program my calculator for some of it.
D:
Are you in Geometry 1 or 2? I can help you with 1...(I was just doing a test for it...)
Er, 1, I suppose. We only have one geometry level...
what are you learning right now, exactly?
Surface area and volume of solids. It's the similar ratios that are making me mad right now, though.
That's exactly what we're working on right now! Dunno what the ratios you're talking about are, though.
Hold on, I'll post the theorem...

"If two solids have a scale factor of a:b, then corresponding areas have a ratio of a^2:b^2, and corresponding volumes have a ratio of a^3:b^3."

I don't get how to apply it. Or maybe I'm just really slow today. >.<'
That's a squared and be squared, right?

Um, I haven't seen this yet, but I think this is how you could apply it...
The edge of one cube is 3. The same edge on another is 6. So the ratio is like 1:2...
But the ratio of their surface areas will be something like 1:4...
And their volumes will be 1:8

But I'm not really sure...sorry
