I know. Like three years ago you could be fourteen and work at the Animal Shelter, my cousin did. Now they're all, "Fuck you!" Fiiine. I won't help the kittens.

You have to be 18 to actually take care of them but you can be like 16 to talk them on walks or clean their cages and such.

@Fishy: Well technically I don't have a basement. The guy who built my house doesn't understand how they work I guess... But most normal people around here do.

Well obviously, they'd love me too much. I have this theory that if all my chores were done while I wasn't home my parent's wouldn't notice I was gone.
