Colleges are weird like that. Last week the entire city of Philadelphia shut down: trains, the airport, all the schools, and most of the businesses, and the streets were jammed end-to-end. Temple didn't even delay.

I fully expect that whenever I show up, no one will have gone in anyway.

My campus launched a petition against the school demanding that a weather policy and rationale be distributed to everyone. Over five thousand students and faculty signed the thing and it got media coverage.
